Shipping Methods

Boshart MotorSports ships products domestically with FedEx. In most cases shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser and are determined by weight at the time of purchase. FedEx will only deliver to a place of residence or business and cannot deliver to a Post Office. If you require shipping to a location other than a residence or business, or prefer another carrier for your purchase, please contact us by phone at 909.466.1602 to place your order. Packages will usually be shipped within 24 hours of purchase depending on inventory. We will send an email notification that your package has shipped along with a tracking number to track the shipping status. If an item is on extended backorder, we will contact you directly and you will have the option of waiting for the product to become available, canceling your order for full refund, or applying the purchase amount to store credit.

Return Policy

All returns must be made or arranged for within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to return a product for any reason you must contact us at 909.466.1602 to be issued an RMA #. This RMA # is required to process all returns and ensure expedited credit issuance. At that point you need to make sure all return products are in original resalable condition and return products in question in original packaging with the RMA # clearly printed on the outside of the box used for shipping. Shipper assumes responsibility for shipping expenses back to Boshart MotorSports.

Warranty Returns

For any item in question of warranty return, purchaser must contact us at 909.466.1602 to receive instructions for specific item. The item will then need to be shipped back to Boshart MotorSports at 1175 N Del Rio Pl, Ontario, CA 91764 at the shipper’s expense. We will work with the manufacturer of the item in question for the appropriate action to take place. If the manufacturer approves the warranty claim you will either receive credit, a repaired product or a new product. Credit approved by the manufacturer can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the specific manufacturer.
